folks,

i've owned 4 Yellow Jacket molded plywood boats since 1963 & wish i could find another one that's in good enough shape to restore, as i have a nice MK78A Mercury in storage.

also, i wonder if there is anyone else here who remembers the "Denison, Texas hotrod"??

yours, PG

I usually spray them Yellowjackets with Raid Wasp and Hornet Killer, seems to work.

Hey PG,

Man you are pushing my buttons, big time.

A 14' YG with a Mark 55 was the "Hot Dog" back in my day. Man, you talk about a sweet combination. Problem was, back then I could only drool as I was a youngster so to speak, and going to school and working for 50c/hr at the local gas station (part time) didn't allow for much of the "wanna do's.

But that was then and now is now. Haven't seen a YG lately, but have been running Merc's for years.

Mark
