What octane gas......87, 89, or 93!!

What octane gas do I need to run in my motor???? 87, 89, or 93????

I have a 1996 Force 75HP....I do not have the owners manual, and the previous owner did not either. What do yall recommend and what is the advantages/disadvantages of the octane rating gas you choose??

2 cycle motor does fine on 87.
Some 93 octane gas can actually leave more deposits in the motor, due to the additives and burn temp.

buy the cheap stuff, put in some fuel stabilizer like Sta-Bil, or a few ounces of Seafoam.
