35-883702Q... Same as all the other Mercruiser V6s (4.3 litre)...

You can get the same filter as a Fram PH3980.

Or, it's also a AC Delco PF52, Motorcraft FL402 or Wix 51036.

Any are much cheaper than at a marine dealer, and they're available at most auto parts stores for far less than $5.
