What paint on my mckee craft boat?

I bought a 14' mckee craft skiff that was patched multiple times on the bottom. It was done rough so i sanded off old fiberglass, filled holes and reglassed and feathered in. I now have an awesome smooth boat but dont know what to paint it with. I want a one part paint if possible. The gelcoat is completely gone in some spots just fiberglass what will be the best primer and paint to use. Would like to use the same paint on the whole boat, bottom, top , inside if possible.
