What plugs do I need?

Hey guys, going to the store to buy new plugs today, wondering if anyone could tell me what I need and what the gap should be.

Currently recommended plugs are Champion QL77JC4 or QL82C gapped at 0.030".

Essential with an OMC CD igntion system that you do not use resistor plugs if forced to use another make

Champion Q series, or equivalent inductively suppressed plugs, vital if you have a VRO / OMS sysytem

I just read in my manual that they should be gapped to .04, are you sure about the .03? My manual is very old.
