You will need max rated rpm of engine and what it is turning with whats on it,along with what your main use of boat and what your trying to accomplish.

If you don't have any info mr 88 asked for, or you got the motor without a prop and need a starting point, merc lists a 10.375 dia 13 pitch for general use

Wasn't sure what your boat looked like so a quick google and I'm thinking I would start know bigger then a 11 pitch.
That boat looks to have a deep V and never checked what the weight is but I have a 30hp mariner on a C1652V crestliner(6 degree deadrise) and only use a 13 pitch,I have an 11pitch for a spare and it doesn't put me way to high in the rpm range.
Those tiny tachs are cheap and will help you narrow it down after that.
