Ihave a 1988 ranger 374v just put 1999 150 optimax the boat is 18 foot the motor came with 21 degree lazer II. This motor has a ratcheting lower unit(I dont know what that means) Itook a 1988 150 xr4 off the boat the hub size is different so I cant use the prop off it. That is a lazer II also 24p it says. the boat went 60 mph with the old motor. Any advise ?

The "21" is pitch in INCHES, not degrees.
If the newer eng came with a 21, unless you were lugging the old XR4, you'll likely need to step-up in pitch on the new one. The Laser has never been a Favorite for me especially on a Ranger. It takes alot of Rake and bld area to lift the nose on this boat.

Do you have a Jackplate?....you said ratcheting???? is that a manual adjust jackplate? that will have an effect on what series of props I would be looking for.

This is not a Bill-board to sell your props....if it was I'd be rich...the Rules say no, so please don't advertise here.
Thank you.
