what prop

i have a 76 fiberform 24' cuddy twin 165 mercs and legs. weight appr. 4200 lbs. what prop would be best for overall use

Instead of having to go through a whole Q&A session.It would be better if you tell us your present prop size,gps speed and rpm.And your typical boat activities and load. Selecting a prop is like trying to select the best overall single gear to use on a car.If running on the flat no load high will work add load and hills will change that and so on.Want great hole shot another change.A prop is a comprimise based on the required performance.

my prop size is 19 p. rpm on starboard is 5000 port is 4200 at 39 mph. im thinking my props ar diff. they both say 19 p but on has many additional numbers and the rpm difference. i nailed a log today and bent one so nows the time to match them. any help would be appreciated

Ayuh,.........

Get 2 new Props that match the 1 on the Port drive...........

Your starboard RPMs are Too High for that motor.........

what should my rpm be and what prop. i use the boat for fishing and some areas i fish are 20 miles away so i would like to get there quickly but don't want to hurt the engines
