hi i have a johnson 60hp 3 cylinedr vro2 ( 1992 about ) Do not know model. I am haveing the rev counter put in this weekend. Can someone tell me all about the rev. ie what should it run at when not in gear, what at wot, Did not have rev counter on old boat. So all the info u can tell me please. Thanks for your time. In neutral, not over 2000 RPM. WOT, 5800 RPM.

Neutral idle speed 700 to 750 rpm.To high an idle will prematurely wear out the clutch dog.
