here is my boats current interior:

What should I do for seats?

My first though was thoes plastic kiddie chairs that you would see in pre-school with the legs cut off and bolted to the floor.

i have the suburban seat in there right now, but thats too big, when you sit in it your looking over the windshield.

then I have some cloth caprice seats out of my 96 (chevy caprice, not boat caprice) that could go in .

i have no idea.

cost is my biggest concern at this point.

what are you going to use the boat for. watersports, fishing. well obviously not water sports with the 20 hp.

for cheap cheap i would go with a basic folding fishing seat. ive seen plans on the net to build your own as well, depending on how you are with working with fabric.

I like the replacement back, to back, seats that fold flat into lounges, they're usually available everywhere, reasonably. Trust me, you're gonna want cushioning on the seats, instead of a plastic bucket style.

If you're looking for quick, temporary, light, cheap, durable, I've used plastic milkboxes with cushions on them as rear jump seats, maybe you can fasten the bucket seats to these, and fasten them down.

that boat came with a bench seat.
you could build yer own for less than 50 bucks.
or check around for some used back to back loungers.
personally i liked the suv seat. it had class!
a used vinal office chair would work for a season or two. it would raise lower. rock, recline youd have to get one that locks in place so it doesnt swivel when you dont want it to. just take the casters off and bolt it to the floor!

I've seen the back to back seats on craigslist for next to nothing or free, I think they can be had pretty cheaply
