Judging strictly by what looks like the cavitation plate of the motor being roughly level with the bottom of that boat I would say that it is a 20" shaft.

I need 25" shaft but<br />thanks guys, I emailed him but no answer...can this motor be swapped out with a 25" shaft I have from a 1981 merc 200 ?

I have been watching this auction also. If you zoom in on the pic, it looks like the bracket is hung in the air and not down tight.
