what size prop for F250?

I have a 27' Rambo. The hull is similar to a scarab. Narrow and long. 8' beam. I just put a 2006 F250 on the boat. There are so many different size props that I dont know where to start. I would probably be looking for something to get me top speed. Any help would be appreciated.

Read "read this first" at the top of the prop page.
If it has a prop do some test runs get us the prop size, rpm and gps speed.

I would consider the Turbo Offshore series or the Vector series. This is a right hand roatation gearcase, right?
