Hello, whats the best spark plug for my 1979 evinrude 55HP? I would like to get the best spark plug and whats the number to gap it thanks agin. Happy New Year!!!

Sandollar <br /><br />Champion QL77JC4, gapped at .030, unless you do alot of trolling with it and then you might widen that gap out to .035-.040, will do the trick.

Great thanks alot!! What else tricks are there for a outboard to get it running it's best?
