of course many of you already know i have a 1974 evinrude 50 hp *50473* and i'm tuning it up now getting it ready to store, so i wont have to do it this summer, and i pulled the plugs out of it and it has autolite number 2634 which i dont even know are right.. and i'm told that NGK are better plugs... but the OE's are champion.. what should i go with??

According to the "more details" facility on the shop.evinrude.com parts list they should be: UL77V Part Number: 0384771 (they are surface gap plugs)

(Just for the record the NGK equivalent is BUHXW-1)
