what the heck is this?

found it in the ski locker. looks like a plug, or venting pull from something, but i have no idea what. it's about 8 inches long.

ps, I also found a radiator cap, a tampon, some rolaids and a slim jim (the kind you retrieve your car keys with) in there, so i'm not sure it even belongs in the boat...

thats an 8" wibbling pin.....goes into the wobbling hole.....

It's part of a battery hold down tray.

Can't remember the brand, but my boat has a tray that uses them.
