what to clean on carb?

my carb was rebuilt, but im having an issue with carb. when i have the throttle at 1000 rpms the gas in the carb just spredsout /drips.Not getting a perfect stream. the carb was never blown out with compressed air just a can of carb cleanner. is it important to blow it out if so what is the main parts i need to focus on blowing out ?

Nice boat but....JESUS that thing must get hot this time of year. Anyway, from the looks of that oil filter, you are in need of a full tune up and oil change.

Your carb was NOT rebuilt. It just had some parts throwed at it.
A rebuilt carb is cleaned, checked, and adjusted to specs. Just throwing a kit in it does nothing.
Note, the cleaning requiers a basket and some industrial quality carb cleaner to do the job correctly. The carb is disassembled and put in the cleaner and allowed to soak. Too long will cause the aluminum housing to turn black. If they don't you have a cleaner that probably won't clean out any problem areas. It also requiers water to wash the parts off in and compressed air to clean the passages.
If you have to ask which passages to blow out, you need to find a qualified tech to clean and rebuild your carb, even then, if it's all corroded due to corrosion, replacement may be the only option.

carb cleaner. they sell it in gallon cans at most parts houses. take the carb apart and soak it in the cleaner. then blow all the passages out. If your don't have compressed air buy a computer duster and use it.
