What to do with theese stringers?

Hello all,

I posted this in my thread, but have had no response Im at the point of grinding and need to know what to do about these stringers...They are Molded fiberglass stringers filled with spray foam...about 11inches wide and 13inches tall. My current thoughts...

1: Grind em out completly, and fit some ply/2x6 stringers and glass'em
2: leave them in, Grind the fiberglass smooth, cut the tops off and remove and replace the foam, pop the tops back on, and glass over the whole thing.

3: Drink another beer while I yell at myself for starting another resto

if in the least doubt!! CUT em out!!!! for a few reasons... one you do know exactly how bad they are until you get to em..... you can build better longer lasing ones ..... and three.... you aint gonna wanna do it again!
