Block cracked. I don't have the tools or the facilities to attempt it myself. I'm thinking used replacement block, re-worked of course. Re-working the head (might as well since it's off. Not sure about the manifold but would assume the worst. The plug and play replacements seem really high. Has anyone done a similar swap with simple parts exchange?

I'm going to shop around. What should I expect to spend? I want to make sure I'm not taken advantage of not knowing what to expect.

Thanks!!

look at;www.michagonmotorz.com and give them a call.spend a weekend removing yours and another one putting your new one in and save yourself the labour as that,ll get a lot of fuel.download manual from above to give you a helping hand.take lots of photos of everything ,close ups of all wiring etc and remove drive first which will take 5 minutes.by doing it all yourself you may even find out what makes it tick and even better how to remove the water to save you another 5000 bucks this time next year
