what type of carb kit

for a 1991 25hp mercury. I ordered the sierra 18-7212 one and not sure if this is right

it looks to have some extra pieces but maybe that is how it works

I ordered a carb kit for my 1985 XD18 and it came with extra gaskets too. I'm not sure why, but it did. The carb for my motor was used on several different motors and I'm sure thats why.
