Looking for the exact type of grease to add to my Reliable hubs. Is any lithium grease exceptable? Or are they all the same?

Typically the correct answer is - if you are adding to them then the type that is already in there.
If you are starting from scratch, then any hi temp marine grease is fine. Some will even use non marine grease, but if you're buying something you may as well get the marine stuff.

Re: What type of grease do you use?

marine grease is either going to be based on an aluminum complex or lithium complex. If it is aluminum complex, that is 100% compatible with a common lithium complex grease. And obviously if its already a lithium complex, no problems there.

(depending on who you ask, lithium complex is actually compatible with ANY grease, at least for a relatively lower stress application like a wheel bearing. The chart below only means the combination will meet or exceed the specification of either grease by itself, even when used at the ragged edge of its performance envelope.)

There is no such thing as "marine" grease per say. There are as many "marine" grease formulations as there are companies marketing the stuff. Some readily available greases are compatible with each other, others not so much so proceed with caution.

From a technical standpoint, calcium sulfonate grease is the best for marine use. Aluminum complex grease has good “marine” proprieties as well but is incompatible with most other greases. Lithium or lithium complex greases are commonly marketed as “marine” grease because of the relatively low cost compare to the aluminum and calcium sulfonate based greases. The downside is that the lithium greases do not provide nearly the level of protection as the aluminum and calcium sulfonate based greases.

I'm using PEAK synthetic marine grease. It appears by the spec sheet this is a calcium sulfonate grease
