What type of oil to buy?

I have a Evinrude Sportwin 10302D-E08752 and I would like to know what kind of oil I need to get for the lower gear case. I also have a grease fitting on the bottom of the gearcase and need to know what type of grease to buy. First outboard for me so any help or tips would be nice.

In my old 9.5 I used MercLube lower unit oil. It worked good for me.
