What type of Steering do I have?

Again, new to this forum and to boats. I have already learned a ton about the 61 Arkansas traveler I plan on purchasing from my neighbor from you guys on this site.

My next question is what type of steering do I have?

Is it good?

Should it be replace when I start restoring the boat?

If it should be replaced, what should I replace it with?
