what type of wash down setup should i be looking at?

Looking to add a wash down setup to our 86 268 weekender.The boat will be used in fresh and salt water?

What is the purpose for the wash-down? Are you using it to hose out fish guts, or to wash down yourself and boating companions?​

mainly to wash down the inside back of the boat.You know how it is.occ while fishing u get a bleeder and if were out for several hours by the time we get back to the dock it's already dried and a pain to clean

in that case you can use a seawater pump, just a thru hull fitting and a pickup pump with a pretty good flow. then when you get in you can wash down with fresh water. google, marine washdown pumps, you can go basic, or fancy. i have a hose fitting on my gunnel, and a switch next to it to turn on the pump. use one of those spring recoil hoses.
