My son has a Johnson 10hp. Dark Green, oval round cowling. I'm thinking it is '50-ish or so. If so... it requires a pressurized tank right?

He wants me to fix it up... but i'm thinking maybe not.

Fix it, KaGee. Those were great engines.

Give us a model number or a pic.

Post the model number and we'll let you know. They're usually cheap and easy to fix up if the compression's good. Parts that are commonly needed are easy to find; junkyards have the rest.
