What year 15hp????

Johnson 15hp. pull choke. rich lean mixture switch. kill switch on tiller. serial number on engine block 8188908. my guess is early 80's also any suggestions on how to run the rich lean switch??

oh yeah if you know the water pump and spark plug model numbers that would be great also.

Need Model number to find year. Check on the transom bracket or welsh plug on the engine block for other numbers

There are no numbers on the engine bracket. the plug on the engine block has numbers<br />8188908

No luck identify this motor yet. it also looks like it is a long shaft with an extension on lower unit. looks like i can remove the extension and cutt rod and pipe and make a short shaft. anyone done this before. still looking for spark plug and water pump model numbers for this mystery engine. cheers
