What year and size is this Motor?

I had gotten this motor with 2 different cowlings not sure which one is the original a 112/115. Also if you could tell me the year that would help. The serial number is J041283 the model number is E115TLCRD. Also the tilt trim is not working but I have found out its in the switch on the side mount control. Does anyone know how to replace the rocker switch in the handle? Thanks in advance.

That is an Evinrude 115HP Long Shaft model. There is a model guide that will convert the "CR" to the year of manufacturer. I do not have it handy.

you have to take the control off, remove the big middle screw on the back, remove handle, screws in back of handle.
