Model 85524.........40 hp.....how does this cross with Johnson parts? Igetmy tuneup parts at Napa auto.....thanks

I searched all the data bases I could and that number doesn't compute for a 40 h/p<br /><br />Recheck the number and make sure that is the model number.<br /><br />As for the johnson's and rudes they were basically the same.

Bet it's 35524, which is a 1961 40 HP...
