i just got this evinrude 25 electric start and was wondering what year it is

model: 25el cer?
Serial #: R 08170363

it hasn't been run in years and expect to replace impeller and what else should i replace/check?

ok, thanks for the help.

i am looking for the flame arrestor that goes on the carb because it is missing. does anyone know where i can find it?
