i have a tohatsu 2.5 horsepower the number is 41796 what year is this? also there is a small hole about 5 to 10 inches above the prop and oil comes out if i move the motor around, not much oil but i dont know if it is supposed to to that. there is no screw or bolt covering it, but i dont know if there is supposed to be one?
