just got a 5 horse wards seaking.modle #k5002106a.ser. #714330. can anyone tell me what year it is, and how hard is it to get parts for if it does break down? please help me as i'm not a very good repair guy.<br /> thanks<br /> Rainman66k

K500-2106a Serial number 714330 is a 1975 engine. Common parts like carb kits and ignition parts are still available, but other parts are getting hard to find.

to paul moir...thanks a ton for the info on the old seaking. it runs good now..but might not always..it's good to know the little things about the motor.i got it for what i think was a good price. anyway thanks again.
