What year is my 3hp Evinrude Lightwin?

We just bought an old 3hp Evinrude Lightwin outboard motor. We think we need to rebuild our carborator. So we need to know what year it is to order parts. The only numbers I can find is the serial # 3022-11052. We did have it running, but it's getting to much gas.

Thanks for the info bear, it helps alot! Could you tell us how to check to make sure it's pumping water, and how to clean and set the jets?
