What year is my little outboard?

Hi all,
I just purchased a little Evinrude for a hundred bucks. Its a three h.p. Just by looking at it I would guess its early 80's Model # is E3BRCEC SERIAL # B 1927361 Can anyone help? Im sure there must be a way to reference these numbers. Thank you !

Not to be a jerk but I Googled the model number and it came up pretty definitely as a 1989.......
