Hello,<br />I bought recently a Skibsplast VT490 with a Mercury 50 HP. Serial number is 833-9755-C1. Can anyone determine the production year?<br />Dag

I'm gonna take a guess here and say it's a: <br /><br />50HP 6586624 - A912477 1985 4 cyl. That's going with this number:8339755 <br /><br />Someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

Hello,<br />It only got 3 cylinders so I guess i is newer. It has a built-in tank for oil. The number mentioned was at the cylinder block. Other numbers on the motor is ME-50 ELPT0, 1050 412 MB.<br />Regards<br />Dag
