What year is my Sea King?

Hello, I recently bought a used engine and I'm trying to determin what year it is and what the fuel mix ratio will be. It is a Sea King made for Montgomery Wards. 9hp Model # VWB19077A Serial # 56XC11428. Also if someone could reccomend a good generic manual I would be thrilled! Any help would be apreciated! Thanks!!

Your motor is a 65 Built by Chrysler My info indicates fuel mix is 24:1.You should be able to find an after market manual right here.

thanks for the info. Do you think I should go with the 24:1 or use the standard 50:1? I've heard different arguments for both.
