What year is my Sea King?

I was given a 5hp Sea king that looks pretty old. Runs but probably needs a little servicing. Can someone tell me what year of manufacture it is?

Reverse the first 2 numbers 45-54 Motor is a 54.Based on the Gale 5D10.
Has 360 degree reverse with clutch. Shares Ignition parts with E/J motors but nothing else.Has a simple though oddball carb.Champion J6J(J6C) plugs set
at .030,points set at .020.

Shares lower unit with 5hp TN-xx Johnsons except for the drive shaft which has to be different to fit the Gale crank. Also has the E/J recoil starter.
