what year is she?

I have a 5 1/2 hp Johnson Sea Horse model #CD-12 Serial # 1292107. Anyone know what year it is and how much it might be worth? Need to adjust the low idle and hi speed mix screws too. Would appreciate any help on that. Thanks.
