What year is this 150hp Evinrude

[DMR Mechanic]

I am trying to determin the year of this motor, all I have is the serial # 0434382 on the plug in the powerhead. The ID tag on the midsection is missing.

Look on the powerhead for a welsh plug(Freeze Plug) for number/letters. It should be a silver disk. Post any you find. Look around there again.

serial # 0434382 on the plug in the powerhead.<br />That's it, silver plug on the powerhead, nothing to indicate what year. eg.(E150TL??)<br />Can the serial # be traced to the production year?
