I just got this web site today and it helped my out. www.dougrussell.com I have a hard to find parts engine and his web site seems to have everything.

I have a 40 S 6E9. I gave dean that website. It seems great, but.
I ordered a part for my carb, jet, and the part was no longer available from the manufacurer. I did some work and found the corresponding yamaha part. Today when I called the yamaha shop to order the part the guy new off the bat that I had a mariner. He said to give him call if I needed any parts. The yamaha parts are a lot cheaper.
My rebuild kit from the manufacurer was three times the price.
