What year is this Model #15904E

Can you tell me the what year model# 15904E , Serial# E0001100, 15HP is? What manual would you recommend I get to learn about maintenance and operation / where can I buy it? This has been in storage for about 15 years, ran great then and is absolutly clean / looks new, what should I do to it before I try to start it? Brother-in-law gave it to me and I want to do this right.
