What year is this motor?

I had the power head replaced with one the shop had on the shelf.
It was a 1997 Johnson 115 SPL.
There are number stamped on the top of the block 186154 and 23LV.
Can these numbers relate to the year of this power head?
What year would it be?

Call your omc dealer and ask them to run the numbers, typically the 186154 # is the SN of the motor, the model would be something like BJ115ELEUA or something along those lines.
