I am also a new owner of a Steury boat. With my limited knowledge of Steury boats if the hull info tag is still on the transom that should provide the info you seek. It looks to me like a mid 1970's model 415 boat. I say mid 1970's because of the lack of the lapstrake lines in the sides of the boat.
1960's model 415's seem to have the lines all the way to the bottom of the hull and early 1970's seem to have the lines just down the sides to the spray line. This is just my opinion from what pictures I have seen and related to the year that was stated for the boat.
Model 415's also measure about 14'5" down the center from the tip of the bow to the transom. I think after 1972 the hull id numbers had 12 digits and prior to that only 5 or 6 digits. My Steury model 415s has only 5 digits
and I think it's a 1966. I'm sure there is someone who can provide more info but for now this might help a little.
