What year is this old SeaKing?

Any ideas? Looks like early 60s to me.

Buddy of mine picked this up a couple days ago. 15' long, 53" beam at the widest.

No HIN on the boat. Never registered. No title since it's only been used on a farm pond.

Any ideas?

I think its likely late 50s or very early 60s at the most.

Look for pix online showing the same rear corner caps. Odd to have that area notched out, kept the cap from offering as much support as it could.

I think that hull has had a lot of work done to it. If the front seat bracket is in its original location the bow cover has been reworked and extended IMO.

The rear caps could have been off a different hull, trimmed to fit.

You called it, JB! Thanks!

Found this photobucket page which has the same boat with the same notched out corner caps.

And it led right back here to this iboats thread which IDs the boat as a 1962 Seaking possibly made by Starcraft! Looks close enough to me. :thumb:

Too cool. Thanks! :joyous:

The knee brace looks the same as my 1971 MW Seaking 1436 jon boat. From what I have found some of the Seaking boats were made by Delhi which is part of Starcraft.
