What year/Model is my 9.8 Mercury?

It has a 17" shaft, # 2 is wirtten on the back of the cover and the serial # is 7036157, on the front of the cover is written "Thunderbolt Electric". Can anyone tell me what year or model it is and anything else about the motor? Good motor?

Also I need a gastank and gas line for it. Are they hard to get? Any special fittings? I'm assuming it burns mixed gas?

Anyone got any info about this motor? Is there a special gas hose for it? Where can i buy a hose & tank?
