I take you got the serial number and the model number off the ID plate.<br />The fith number on the id plate should be the year, which as near as I can figgure is a 1983, 25 horsepower, as this model was made in the following years:1976,77,78,79 and 1983. Your fifth nimber is a "3", so thast would be consistant with 1983.
