What You Call It & Where Can I Get It????

I need the "thingy" that goes through the bottom of the transom on an alumnium 12' boat that the transom plug goes through. It would be a plate (I assume alumnium) that is afixed to the transom with a 5/8" hole for the drain plug. The transom looks like this:

Ayuh,... It's a Garboard plug, 'n can probably be found right here at iboats marine store....

And the OP would like to know what the Garboard plug goes into.

Google Garboard plug drain assembly or toss in Garboard assembly flange.

Looks odd. The two side holes aren't centered on the center hole. I can usually find anything on the web. I'll keep looking and let you know what I can find.
P.S Was something living in that boat or was it parked next to a wood chipper ;)
