Whats is this and where do I get it

I saw this is on a police boat this past weekend. I am referring to the gray material on the panels. Note this stuff is razor thin. It is not SeaDek.

Not too easy to tell from 1 pic but I say it's painted or vinyl coated and trimmed out decking. A resto thread here on iboats is where I saw a similar layout.

Looks like a urethane paint with a texture that's been sprayed on. Just my guess though.

It's non-skid paint. Checkout Awlgrip.
