Whats needed? Yamaha 200 HP 2-stroke carbs

I am bringing back a boat from being stored and unused for two seasons. Every indication is that they were winterized properly. I am looking for advice as to what exactly I should be doing to these motors before getting them wet.

Motors are 1997 Yamaha 200 HP carbed. L200TXRV / UI 500576 and S200TXRV / UI 501938

My thoughts: Gearcase oil, spark plugs, pump impeller. Impeller only or complete kit? What else should I need?

I would start them first, then do the normal routine maintenance. If they were put away correctly the gearcase oil is new, so are the plugs, changing the oil is fine though.

Just make sure there isn't a bunch of other work that needs to be done before doing anything to them.
