What's the best 90 plus hp outboard for commercial applications .. Mercury or ?

Need to replace twin 90's that get at least 4hrs a day every day at WOT for 8months of the year .... that's 1000 hrs easy a year .... need reliability as every day an engine is down we lose big bucks. Price not an issue ... would like to maybe go with 115 hp.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
