The best service manual is the Evinrude shop manual that was written for the motor. I believe iboats sells them. But from what I have read on this forum, it requires a basic knowledge of the motor. I personally don't own one as I would have to get 4 different manuals and at $60 plus a pop, it's a bit more than I wanted to spend. I have a clymer's, seloc, and a manual on cd I got off ebay. These are all general manuals that cover a number of model years. Seloc and the cd actually are pretty good if you are a beginner. I like the cd because it also has a good troubleshooting file. Clymer's I'm not crazy about.
