what's the difference with the Mercruiser 350 MPI Horizon and the Mercruiser 350

I am trying to tell the difference with the Horizon what makes it different. What sort of boating is the Horizon model suited towards?<br /><br />I am looking at putting one of these in a pontoon boat..
